The staff were super helpful, especially Roberto who helped us find the best and cheapest transportation options. The hotel's location was perfect, with everything nearby and the ADO bus stop within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and had a safe. The hotel was also conveniently close to the Mercado 28.

Plus, being near the ADO bus station made it convenient to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, giving us advice on getting around and suggesting places to visit. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax and soak up the sun. the service here was top-notch, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown Cancun, being within walking distance from the central ADO bus terminal and the main plaza. There were also many good restaurants nearby, including the excellent Labna, which served mouthwatering Yucatán cuisine. Additionally, I found the basic amenities in the rooms quite impressive, with spacious accommodations and the added perk of a balcony. The availability of a coffee machine was also a nice touch.

Although my overall experience was pleasant, I did notice a minor area that could be improved upon. The hotel advertised that all rooms would have a balcony, but sadly mine did not.

My girlfriend and I ended our backpacking trip here. Cheap, not touristy. Strong wifi, hot showers, clean rooms with a/c. Free shuttle to Mandala Beach Club, beach chairs included. Good Mexican restaurants across the street. Relatively quiet location, close to Parque de Palapas. Friendly staff and spacious rooms. a great value for money stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was perfect with a balcony. The location is ideal, right in downtown, close to the bus station and easy access to transportation. We were able to easily take the R2 bus route to the beaches, La Isla Mall, and the Las Mujeres ferry docks. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced at 140 Mexican pesos.

The hotel provided a free transportation service to the beach, which was a major convenience for me. The staff at the hotel were very kind and provided excellent service during my stay. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient.

The hotel had some noise issues at night, both inside and outside the building, which affected my sleep quality. It would be better if the hotel can improve the soundproofing to ensure a more peaceful stay for guests.
