This hotel has a great location, very close to the border crossing, making it easy to get around. The lovely cafeteria serves delicious food, and the events held here are amazing. Moreover, the room and bathroom are very clean and offer excellent service.

The Wi-Fi was not working properly, which was quite inconvenient.

I got great value for my money at Lucerna Mexicali. The room was fantastic, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect for the events I attended. But the highlight was definitely the staff who were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

As a frequent traveler, I stayed at Lucerna Mexicali for a week-long business trip. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and at home. They escorted me to my room, turned on the air conditioner, and offered ice. The bilingual room service menu was a plus, and the service was prompt and professional. Safety was also a priority, with visible security officers patrolling the premises. With a 1 PM checkout, I enjoyed a leisurely departure. The recently renovated hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and had a fantastic outdoor bar. I'll definitely be returning and recommending Lucerna to others.

Had an amazing Xmas stay in this hotel. Loved the beautiful decorations that were put up for the festive season and the delicious complementary breakfast buffet that came along with the Xmas package. The prime location close to popular restaurants and bars made it easy to have a memorable Xmas evening. The room service was also impeccable, and we were provided with everything we requested for without any delay.

The unexpected additional charges that we were asked to pay after receiving confirmation that everything was settled upon check-in. It was a bit frustrating how the staff handled the matter, but overall, we still enjoyed our stay, and it did not ruin our Xmas holiday.

The property is stunning with beautiful landscaping and a great pool. The wifi is fast and unlimited. Francisco, the bellhop, was amazing and had excellent knowledge of the facility. We will definitely be coming back.

This place is great for families and groups! Here you can enjoy the beautiful desert view while having breakfast in the lovely cafeteria. There are plenty of amenities to choose from, including car hire, housekeeping, and laundry service. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, such as mini-bars, tea and coffee facilities, and air conditioning. The swimming pool and leisure facilities such as sauna and fitness studio are perfect for unwinding after a day full of activities.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. It was a great way to start the day. Additionally, the bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. I had a restful night's sleep every night. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants.

One downside was that there was an issue with my room not being ready at check-in time. I had booked an executive room but was given a standard room instead.
