We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and found the staff to be extremely helpful and attentive. The location was great, allowing us to easily explore all the beautiful sights of Acapulco.

I had a wonderful time staying at Palacio Mundo Imperial. The hotel's design is absolutely stunning. The beautiful grounds and pools at the nearby Princess hotel, which can be accessed by a convenient hourly bus, provided a great beach experience. I also had a fantastic dining experience at La Moda restaurant, thanks to the friendly and helpful manager Alphonso and the amazing server Kenia.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Acapulco, I experienced great service and had a wonderful time. One particular highlight was the close proximity to the airport, making it incredibly convenient for me to travel to and from the hotel. As a traveler, cleanliness is a top priority for me, and I was pleased to find that the room was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel offered a Kids Club, which my children thoroughly enjoyed. This allowed my partner and I to have some much-needed alone time to explore the area and relax in the spa's hot tub on the 1st floor. The pools were also kept clean and the serving staff were attentive in providing food and drinks. my stay was enjoyable and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Please note that there were a couple of small issues during my stay. the hotel staff could improve on their English-speaking abilities as their proficiency was limited.

The breakfast was amazing with plenty of food options. The staff were helpful and there was enough staff despite it being the slow season. Rooms had some issues, but the hotel immediately offered an upgrade. The pool was a good size and not crowded.

The master suite had a comfortable bed, nice bedroom and bathroom. The private beach club was great. The breakfast provided was superb. The staff was always helpful.

No tips due to unfair upsale

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is very close to the Scala beach club and in front of the expo center. Additionally, it is next to the airport, making it easy for business travelers to commute. The rooms are well-furnished with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options and the service is excellent. The hotel also has tennis courts and a playroom for kids.

Some guests have complained about the slow check-in process.

Enjoyed the spa experience and the food. The massage sessions were amazing, very relaxing. The location was great, easy to access and near everything. The pool facilities and restaurant were also worth trying.

Despite the new looking furniture, the furniture in the room was not well-cleaned. Found a lot of dust and hair in between spaces.

Luxurious amenities in this hotel were beyond my expectations. The Spa centre was outstanding, with a great variety of treatments, a relaxing Sauna and Jacuzzi. The charming Garden area was an idyllic space to unwind, while the outdoor and indoor Swimming pool was perfect for relaxation and exercise. The Restaurant's specialized chef offers exceptional choices of international cuisine, including local dishes and fresh seafood. I enjoyed the private facilities and the comfort of the room. The In-room breakfast was delicious.

The hotel staff was very attentive and helpful, but the only minor issue I had was with the Live entertainment, which was not as engaging as expected. Despite this, the hotel's location, isolated from the beach, makes it less accessible for those who want to have beachfront relaxation.

The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of choices and a good price. The staff was plentiful and very helpful. The hotel is located near a mall with great restaurants and other amenities. Additionally, the hotel offers access to its own beach club and lets guests use its other resorts for free.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Very nice establishment, with attentive staff. Well-maintained pool area. Shops and Starbucks available. Good range of nearby restaurants. Large police presence for safety. an enjoyable stay.

Plus, the hotel allowed us to use the amenities at their sister resorts and had its own beach club. this was the perfect place for a family vacation or to attend a conference.
