We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were huge and very clean. We loved the fact that our room was upgraded and had a Jacuzzi on the balcony, which was amazing. The included breakfast at the restaurant next door was good and there was a nice variety. The hotel is located very close to the main street where all the happening takes place, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the beach. We were able to park our car directly in the hotel's garage for free, which was great. The rooftop pool area was fantastic, and most of the time we had it all to ourselves. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a special request for our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to set up the room beautifully. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was strategic, and the staff was helpful and friendly. As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the free pool towels and the easy access to buses.

Lovely stay at a charming hotel. The location was ideal, close to all the action on Quinta Avenida but tucked away on a quieter street. The front desk staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was smooth. The room was spacious with a great balcony and the bathroom had a nice shower. The hotel had free Wi-Fi throughout, which was a plus. The highlight for us was the top floor terrace and pool, offering beautiful sunset views. I highly recommend Soho Playa for a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, particularly Nancy and her team , were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the room I stayed in was super nice and comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the location near 5th Avenue was perfect for exploring Playa del Carmen. Additionally, the hotel was pretty close to the beautiful Mamita's beach, which was a major plus. The breakfast served at a nearby authentic cafe was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

The hotel is located near 5th Avenue, the main street in Playa del Carmen, making it easily accessible to all the attractions and activities in the area. It is close enough to the Quinta to be convenient, but not right beside the clubs where it could be very loud. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated with modern furniture, giving them an upscale feel. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and the restaurant offers a variety of dishes.

One negative aspect is that the bathroom doors are made of plastic, which can be a bit thin and not provide complete privacy.

We were thrilled with our stay here. The location on the parallel avenue of fifth avenue was fantastic and allowed us to be close to restaurants and bars without the noise. The staff was incredibly helpful, from the room service to the car hire and bicycle hire. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved having access to amenities like the terrace, in-room safe, and flat-screen TV.

All in all, we recommend this place to all travelers.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in early and even pre-arranging breakfast for me on days when I had early tours. The location was fantastic, just a block away from the main street, with a bank and supermarket within walking distance. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, with nice touches like a towel swan and rose petals on the bed. The rooftop pool area was a great place to relax, and the breakfast had a delicious variety of choices.

The hotel also offered great deals with local businesses, like a discount on a nearby gym and beach club. The laundry service was quick and affordable, and the internet access was convenient. Despite being close to the lively Avenida Quinta, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. Transportation from the airport was hassle-free and worth the cost. I had a wonderful time and would be happy to return.
