Had the best Easter weekend getaway! Love how this hotel had complimentary champagne and chocolates waiting for us in our spacious room with an even better patio view. The free shuttle to all the hotspots in town came in handy and saved us many pesos. Plus, the location was perfect--close to all the top-rated restaurants and attractions in the area.

Sadly, the staff didn't seem to care about their guest's stay. Room service took hours to answer the phone and when they finally did, it was a grumpy and weary-sounding voice.
