I recently stayed at a resort in Cancun and had an amazing time. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, especially Fernanda, Claudia, and Nathaly. They made me feel right at home and took care of all my needs. Carlos at the Italian restaurant and Jorge by the pool also deserve a special mention for their outstanding service. The resort itself was clean and well-maintained, and the beach was fantastic. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options available. The snack menu was also great. Despite a few minor issues, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The concierges, Lizet, Rolando, and Jessica were the best, along with the staff at the Aurora restaurant, including Marisol. The rooms were beautiful and the food and drinks were excellent. The hotel was well-located and easy to get around in the hotel zone. it was a fantastic experience for us as young holiday goers.

As a leisure traveler, I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Cancun. The staff at the Aurora did an incredible job making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, the personnel were friendly and efficient. The cleanliness of the accommodations was exceptional. The room I stayed in had a breathtaking view, and I enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel's restaurants. I would highly recommend the Aurora to anyone looking to have an unforgettable time in Cancun.

I recently stayed at a great hotel in Cancun for a few nights. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I was even allowed to keep my suite for an extra night at no additional charge. The service throughout my stay was top-notch, from the efficient staff to the fantastic food in the hotel's restaurants. I also loved the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere of the small resort. The jacuzzi in my room was a wonderful bonus, and I had a great shopping experience at the swimsuit store with Fabiana. I had a fantastic time and would recommend this hotel.

The spa manager was extremely professional, answering questions with genuine concern and kindness. The staff were courteous, kind, and always willing to help. The service and staff made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

The balcony was small and lacked privacy. The different treatment of guests based on membership levels was concerning, as some guests felt superior to others.

The room was lovely and had a great view with a balcony. The food at the hotel was amazing, especially at the Thai and Italian restaurants. The service in all the restaurants was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The hotel manager was also very accommodating and made sure our stay was enjoyable. The entertainment staff kept us entertained with various activities, and the spa was a great place to relax and unwind. the hotel provided a luxurious and enjoyable experience.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the constant sales pitch for a hotel membership. We were not interested and found it annoying that they kept trying to sell it to us.

The staff went above and beyond to make my 50th birthday special, with serenades, cake, and bubbly in my room. The property was beautiful, clean, and had refreshing scents. The spa experience was wonderful, especially the jacuzzi and arctic pool. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who spoke good English. The all-inclusive package allowed access to other Palace hotels and included room service at any time. The gym was nice and spacious. a great experience for business travelers.
