There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is ideal as it is within walking distance of mostly everything. You can easily explore the vibrant city and enjoy the various attractions. Moreover, it is very close to REAL Mexican restaurants, allowing you to savor authentic cuisine. Additionally, the hotel is also near different beaches, providing opportunities for relaxation and sunbathing.

The check-in process was a bit slow, which affected my overall experience.

Our stay at Villas Mercedes was almost perfect! The location was ideal, with easy access to the city centre and several beautiful beaches. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and had great amenities, including excellent WiFi, a refreshing pool, and comfortable rooms with balconies. We felt safe and secure with the high level of security provided. The staff, especially Bernice, were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time exploring the nearby attractions and trying out the recommended restaurants. we had a fabulous experience at Villas Mercedes and would highly recommend it to others.

Excellent location near many dining, drinking, and shopping options. Short walk to Madera and Principal Beaches. Room 6 has best view, overlooking pool. Construction noise during the day, but quiet in the evenings. Attentive staff, well-equipped kitchen.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Zihuatanejo. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice little kitchenette. I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The security measures in place made me feel safe and secure. The pool was clean and refreshing, a perfect spot to relax. I highly recommend Villas Mercedes for a wonderful stay in Zihuatanejo.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They were all incredibly kind and helpful, and some even spoke excellent English. The location is perfect, surrounded by a street filled with amazing restaurants. It's also just a short walk away from the beach, making it very convenient. The hotel amenities were great too, with a refreshing pool and even a jacuzzi on the balcony of some rooms. Plus, having a coffeemaker and mini-fridge in the room was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value, attention to detail, and wonderful location.

Not a single thing to complain about, everything was perfect!

The complimentary amenities were great, especially considering the cost of our stay. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. We also enjoyed the peaceful ambiance and friendly staff.

The noise from the street and neighboring guests was a bit disruptive at times. there were some maintenance issues with the pool that caused some debris to accumulate during our stay.
