The decor in the small, yet comfortable rooms was on point, and having AC was a great bonus. The courtyard provided a delightful space for enjoying our morning coffee and breakfast, which was personalized and made us feel like royalty. The service at Viva Merida was outstanding, with the staff being organized, accommodating, and always there to assist us. The location was fantastic, with beautiful parks, great restaurants, and charming plazas just a few minutes away. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center. The staff here is top-notch, always friendly and helpful. I also loved the fact that they have a swimming pool and a sun terrace. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day exploring the city. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the amenities provided were of excellent quality. I had a fantastic experience.

I recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel in Merida called Viva Merida. Upon entering, I was immediately captivated by the beautiful colors and architecture that truly reflected the essence of the city. The staff at Viva Merida were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well-insulated, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. One notable feature was the mosquito-net, a rarity in my vacation in Caiaphas and Yucatan. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast and a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival, creating a delightful experience overall.

The hotel's location is excellent, as it is situated right in the heart of the city. Also, it is close to the most attractive places without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Moreover, the rooms are nicely furnished, beds are comfy, and the air conditioning works well.

The cleaning staff needs to improve their skills. In some cases, the housekeepers moved personal belongings, which can be inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and the staff went above and beyond to help us. The breakfasts were delicious and generous. The location was perfect, close to the city centre but not right in the middle of things. The hotel had a beautiful indoor/outdoor atrium with a bar and restaurant area.

We loved the beautiful courtyard where we enjoyed our breakfast every day. The room was cozy and clean. Although the bathroom was upstairs and open-plan, it wasn't a problem for us. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay memorable. we recommend this hotel.

Located centrally, with easy access to restaurants and museums. Spacious rooms with aircon and well-equipped bathrooms. Breakfast offers a decent selection of fruits and hot food. Courtyard and pool area are great places to chill after a long day of exploring. Staff is friendly and attentive, making guests feel at home.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming boutique hotel in the heart of a vibrant city. The location was perfect, with the historical center just a short walk away. The hotel staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They even provided a take-away breakfast when I had an early start for a day trip. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi and AC worked perfectly. The hotel's unique Moorish-style architecture added to its authentic charm. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

I did find the bathroom being located upstairs a bit inconvenient, and the noise from the surrounding area could be a bit bothersome at times. However, considering the overall quality of my stay, these were minor drawbacks.

The breakfast had great coffee and free toast, the staff was friendly and helpful in giving directions. The hotel was in a convenient location, close to the main attractions and easy to navigate to. The room had a comfortable bed and was clean upon arrival.

There were many mosquitoes in the room and we were not provided with sufficient bug spray. , the room was quite noisy with sounds from the street and neighboring rooms making it difficult to sleep at night.

Lovely boutique hotel with surprisingly quiet rooms due to thick walls. Helpful and friendly staff who organized a trip to Chichen Itza. Great breakfast and even packed breakfast for early departures. Beautiful main area and comfortable beds. Convenient and safe location close to the center. Perfect for a birthday celebration.
