I had an amazing experience staying at Xperience. The hotel's beautiful design, spacious apartment, and lush vegetation made it stand out among the 7 places I've stayed in Riviera Maya. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and even allowed me to use their washing machine for laundry. The hotel's location, away from the busy area of Tulum, provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The WiFi connection was reliable, which allowed me to work comfortably. , they were in the process of opening a new juice bar, adding to the hotel's amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and pleasant stay experience.

The beds are comfortable, and the cleaning team does an exceptional job of keeping the rooms spotless. The cafe on-site serves delicious and fresh food. The staff is friendly and always willing to offer advice on where to go. Free parking is available outside the hotel.

The reception staff could be more friendly and welcoming. The bathrooms have dim lighting, which can be inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Xperience Hotel. The entire staff, including Marcos, Winston, Joaquin at the reception desk, and the two ladies at the juice bar, Rosalia and Sheila. They were professional and extremely kind, providing us with guidance and addressing all of our questions throughout our trip. The hotel's perfect location, beautiful pool, practical gym, and amazing lunch options at the healthy bar added to our enjoyment. We loved every second of our stay, and Maria, our housekeeping lady, went above and beyond to keep our room sparkling clean every day. Xperience Hotel truly felt like our home away from home.

The pool views from the rooms are stunning. The hotel also has a juice bar with delicious and healthy options.

It was conveniently situated on a side street, ensuring a serene environment without any noise disturbance. the hotel provided roller blinds on every window, offering privacy for guests.

There were multiple occasions where the cleaners didn't replace towels or provide toilet paper, making it inconvenient to constantly request these essentials at the reception. The lack of proper dishes and cutlery in the kitchen, such as having only one fork for a family of five, was also frustrating.

Had a blast kayaking and scuba diving, felt like a mermaid! Loved the daily manager's reception, they practically gave me the whole terrace. Got pampered at The Healing Spot, they turned me into a zen goddess.

They were so easy to talk to and incredibly kind. They made my birthday one of the best I've ever had. The hotel also had a good pizza place for dinner and a healthy restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The pool/courtyard area was beautiful and the bed in the room was extremely comfortable. I also appreciated having a fully fitted kitchen and the attentive staff. Frida's daily recommendations were very helpful, and it was great to be able to rent bikes throughout my stay.
