The hotel is located in a lovely peaceful area, surrounded by the desert. It's not far from the center of attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city, yet it provides a quiet and serene atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms are luxurious, with both baths and shower cubes equipped with multiple jets. The staff is friendly and very helpful, providing excellent service to make your stay enjoyable. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options.

There were some issues with the guided tours organized by the hotel, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Stayed at Red House with my wife and in-laws. The period correct Moroccan room design added to the charm. The rooftop terrace was huge and peaceful, perfect for enjoying wine and snacks in the afternoon. The staff, especially Abdel, were incredibly accommodating. Short walk to the Medina and 5-minute taxi to the modern part of town. Highly recommend this property for its location and hospitality.

During our stay at The Red House, we were immediately taken aback by the stunning architecture and luxurious ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing us with valuable information before our arrival. The food was also a highlight, with the restaurant serving top-notch authentic Moroccan cuisine. The hotel's location, just across from the Old City Wall, made it convenient for exploring the central areas and Soukes. An added bonus was the hotel's limited number of rooms, ensuring a peaceful and intimate atmosphere throughout our stay. I highly recommend The Red House as a hidden gem in Marrakesh.

This hotel has exceeded our expectations! The staff is incredibly welcoming and goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The luxurious amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool area, sun loungers, and stunning garden area, make this venue feel exclusive and lavish. The restaurant is a hidden gem, serving delicious Moroccan and International specialties with impeccable service. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch and perfect for those lazy mornings. The location is accessible to the main square and the Medina, making it an ideal spot for exploring the city.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited TV channels in the leisure room. However, this was a minor concern as there was so much more to explore in this hotel.

Everything was spot on.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even provided complimentary airport pick up! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square, and our room was really spacious. We loved relaxing by the pool, and the food was delicious.

The furniture on our balcony was a little worn, but it didn't spoil our overall experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant was a little lacking, but this was made up for by the fantastic service.
