We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, with everything just a short walk away. The staff, especially Mohamed and Ibrahim, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel like family guests. The view from the hotel was exceptional, and we even woke up early to catch the stunning sunrise. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with nice toiletries. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast at the Roof, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

This hotel had an amazing location right in the heart of the bustling area, making it super easy to explore all that the city has to offer. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and ensuring that all our needs were met. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains from the balconies. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast on the rooftop, where we were surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the mountains.

The hotel is perfectly situated overlooking the Kasbah, mountains, square and Spanish mosque. The rooms and bathrooms are incredible- roomy and smartly designed. Parking is available right at the hotel and we felt safe with Ahmed looking after the car. The terrace is spectacular and the breakfast served there is incredible with thick honey, amazing local cheese and a variety of delicious items to choose from. The hotel staff, especially Mohammed and the manager Alan, were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great advice on restaurants and getting around the town. The property is new, nicely decorated, and has a gorgeous rooftop terrace with beautiful views.

Conveniently located near ATMs. Room with a mountain view was a blessing. Rooftop area is a must-visit with stunning city and mountain views.

Christmas at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were very warm and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel had a great rooftop with stunning views of the mountains, perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery. The location was also a major plus, as it was right in the center, close to all the main attractions. Plus, the internet access was excellent, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

There were a few downsides. the soundproofing in the rooms was quite poor, which meant that noise from outside, such as honking cars and barking dogs, disturbed our sleep.

I had an amazing experience spending my New Year's Eve in this hotel. The breakfast served was delicious with great variation, there were options for both Western and local cuisine. The location was perfect, it was easy to find and in the heart of the city. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, they helped us with our check-in and check-out timings and made us feel welcomed. we had a breathtaking panoramic view from our room's private terrace, it made our stay even more special.

Although the hotel had many advantages, there were some minor things that could have been better. For instance, the temperature of the shower was not consistent and a part of it was broken which made it hard to use.

The rooftop terrace at Vancii Hotel was absolutely stunning. We spent evenings admiring the beautiful city lights of Chefchaouen. The staff members were pleasant and always ready to assist. The hotel's location was perfect, just a minute away from the bustling Medina. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Chefchaouen.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Chefchaouen. The location was excellent, right in the centre close to the Kasbah. Our room had a great view over the mountains, and we especially loved waking up early to see the breathtaking sunrise. The top terrace was absolutely amazing, offering panoramic views of the town and mountains, perfect for capturing beautiful photos. The hotel also had great internet access, which was very convenient for us. The staff, especially Ibrahim on reception, were exceptional. They treated us like family guests and went out of their way to take care of my mother. We can't wait to come back next year!
