The staff went above and beyond to fulfill our request and made us feel truly special. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the spa with its Vichy products. We also had a wonderful tour of the spa by Maha, who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Despite a minor inconvenience at the restaurant, the issue was resolved promptly. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel connected with a thermal pool and spa center. The hotel's beautiful design, cleanliness, good restaurant and bar, family-friendly swimming pool, kids playroom. The staff were friendly and spoke French and English, with special thanks to Mohammed for his attentive service and the swimming coordinator for entertaining the kids. The rooms were great, with comfortable beds and a lovely big shower. The food, including the chocolate fondant, was exquisite. The hotel's location near Fez was a perfect getaway to relax and be pampered.
