The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is situated quite close to the highway, making it easy to access. Additionally, it is still close to the town centre, which is great for exploring the area. The hotel is right beside a major roundabout, providing easy navigation for guests.

One negative aspect of the hotel is that there is a shared ashtray at the external entrance to some of the rooms. This may be inconvenient for non-smoking guests or those who are sensitive to smoke.

The room size at Ascot grounds and buildings was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the spaciousness and appreciated the well-appointed kitchenette. The area was quiet and made for a peaceful stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we found our time here enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location on the edge of town provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The service we received was exceptional, from the friendly and accommodating staff to the efficient room service. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, a comfortable sitting area, and a dining table to enjoy meals. The hotel also had excellent leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. We were also impressed with the beautiful garden area and spa center. The free airport shuttle service was an added bonus, making our arrival and departure hassle-free.

This hotel is highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Liked the comfortable rooms and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoyed the complementary newspapers at reception and helpful staff who went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. The location is perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions. The on-site restaurant had great food and lovely waitresses.

Disliked the wait time for meals, but we found out there was a second dining option later on. Wish the weather was better during the Christmas holidays so we could’ve spent more time enjoying the area.
