The location of this motel is absolutely perfect! It's within walking distance to town and has a beautiful view of the lake. As soon as I arrived, I felt a welcoming and down-to-earth vibe from the friendly staff. The room I stayed in, Room 4, was newly renovated and had everything I needed. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the scent of disinfectant noticeable upon entering. I appreciated the added amenities such as unlimited free WiFi and access to Netflix. The spa bath was a highlight, and the comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and blankets made for a good night's sleep. The motel also had cameras for added security, which made me feel safe. I can't speak highly enough of this place and I will definitely be recommending it to others.

I personally prefer to stay on the top or middle floor for the view and sun, so being on the ground floor was not my preference. Additionally, the standard suite was a bit small for three adults, and the bathroom being off the bedroom made it inconvenient for the third person.

We had an amazing stay at a motel in Taupo. The unit was spotless, with pristine bathrooms and rooms that felt brand new. The linen was crisp and luxurious, even better than what we've experienced at 5-star hotels around the world. The facilities were excellent, and what truly stood out was the exceptional communication and customer service from the host, Joseph. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, setting up heaters and electric blankets so that we arrived to warm and cozy rooms on a freezing night. Joseph's thoughtfulness and dedication as a host truly impressed us. We will definitely be returning!

The staff were incredibly accommodating, upgrading us to a more expensive room at the same price due to last-minute changes. The room had everything we needed, including cooking facilities and a great variety of TV channels. The comfortable rooms and friendly receptionist made our stay even more enjoyable. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
