The Motel has a unique and charming design reminiscent of a castle, with a Pentagon-shaped room, castle-like windows, and a brick wall. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Plaza and the central city. The motel offers fresh fruit for guests, a bonus for me as a solo traveler. I felt very safe with the extra latch on the door and security cameras. The motel provides easy parking and recycling of unused soap. The hot water in the shower was great, and I enjoyed having plunger coffee and biscuits in the room. All Sky channels were available for entertainment. The front of house staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience.

My recent stay at Fitzherbert Castle Motel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with complimentary fruit and lollies, which was a delightful surprise. The staff were helpful and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The size of the room exceeded my expectations and the Sky TV provided great entertainment. The highlight was definitely the spa bath, although it would have been even better with some bubble bath. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Staying in the heart of the city makes my trip much easier, and the location of this hotel is perfect for it. I can walk to many places, including the square, supermarkets, and restaurants. Down the road is a nice Irish pub with delicious hearty meals at amazingly low prices. The staff is excellent and always willing to help. The room is comfy and quiet, with extra channels and fresh fruit at reception. The bathroom has a massive shower with perfect water pressure.

The hotel could improve its coffee and sugar sachets, as well as the quantity of towels, but overall a great experience.

The perfect romantic getaway! The flowers and chocolates were such a thoughtful surprise that made us feel so special. The location was great – we could walk to all the nearby restaurants and bars. We had an amazing overnight stay at Fitzherbert Castle Motel. The exterior style of the house, reminiscent of an old castle, adds character to the place. The interior is a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. The newly renovated rooms are equipped with quality furnishings, and the cleanliness and comfort are top-notch. The reception staff were friendly and even offered us some fruits and lollies. The fully stocked fridge with drinks and snacks was a convenient touch. we highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
