The rooms are very well-equipped, with comfortable bedding, and offer beautiful views. The morning breakfast is served hot and delicious.

The cleaning service can be a hit-and-miss at times, with some guests experiencing lapses in service despite following the correct procedures.

The value for money at the hotel was exceptional, with a beautiful room and excellent amenities. The location was convenient, close to the center of town. The staff at Qt were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay.

We loved staying at this hotel! The panoramic view from our room was breathtaking. The complimentary cocktail mixer set in the room was a great touch. We had a minor issue with the housekeeping not replenishing the toiletries but it was quickly resolved by calling the front desk. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was exceptional! they provided complimentary Thanksgiving treats which was a great surprise. the location was perfect with a stunning view of the surroundings. Finally, the luxurious bedding and the perfect pillow selection for each guest was thoroughly enjoyed.

We did not feel prioritized by the staff as there seemed to be a preference given to VIP guests during meal and bar service.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities, including a sauna, swimming pool, and outdoor swimming pool, which were all impeccably clean and well-maintained. We were also impressed with the tantalizing food options available at the restaurant, accompanied by an extensive wine selection. The friendly staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable by offering coffee and tea in the lobby throughout the day.

Our only minor issue was the limited seating availability in the bar and lounge area. Nevertheless, this wasn't a dealbreaker since we were able to sit and enjoy our drinks on the patio.

The on-suite bathroom was wonderful and the rooms were newly renovated, clean, and well-designed for a luxurious experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the location, while not directly on the lake side, still offered great views. The breakfast room and the bar also had stunning views.
