The location of the hotel was fantastic, being in the center of Tuatapere and close to everything we needed. Additionally, it was not far from the beach, allowing for easy access to relaxing walks along the coast. The communal areas were generally fine, and we especially appreciated the availability of a clothes line to hang our laundry.

The staff could benefit from improving their customer service skills by being more friendly and welcoming to guests.

We had a blast during our recent city break! The central location was perfect for exploring the area and the hostel had everything we needed. The spacious kitchen was well-equipped with lots of tables, sinks, stoves, ovens, and plenty of dishes. We also appreciated the convenience of having a nearby grocery store and the option to self-cater or eat out. it was a great experience.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The walls were paper-thin, making it difficult to sleep when other guests were noisy.

Lastly, the breakfast options were delicious, providing me with a great start to my day.

Everything at this hotel was satisfactory and met my expectations.

Owners fantastic, accommodating large group. Organised packed lunches, takeaway breakfast. Ideal location for humpridge walkers. Spacious rooms, comfy beds. Lovely shared kitchen, bathroom, living areas. Cafe and Four Square nearby. Delicious, value for money meals.
