We also appreciated the two complimentary waters and the tea offered in the lobby, which were great for acclimating to the altitude. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing fast check-in/out and even offering free water bottles and a free airport pickup. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the bed in my room was giant and incredibly comfortable.

Nothing, everything was great

after a trek to Machu Picchu, our comfortable room and heavenly bathroom at the hotel provided a perfect sanctuary. The wifi was good, and the breakfast buffet was a feast. They even stored our bags while we were away on the trek.

Large rooms with a heater for chilly nights, and the restaurant with a little man-made stream filled with fish added a nice touch. The breakfast had a wide choice for all dietary needs, including lactose-free milk. The hotel is conveniently located near an indoor craft market and is not too far from the main square. The staff were courteous and the hotel offered a free transfer from the airport, which was very handy.

The street noise could be a problem for light sleepers, so it's best to request a room off the street. The hotel is a little far from the main square, but taxi fare is affordable.

The restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet with a great variety of food that could fill you up for the day. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.
