The rooms were beautiful and cozy with a balcony overlooking the city. The hotel staff was inviting and very helpful, they assisted me in booking tours and getting taxis. The breakfast buffet on the terrace was delicious, with a wide variety of fruits and customizable cooked eggs.

Additionally, if you're planning to climb Rainbow Mountain, this hotel is better than Cusco as a starting point. The service provided by the staff was outstanding and the basic amenities were well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and despite the occasional noise from the reception/breakfast area, the overall experience was delightful. And speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely amazing! The wide selection of fresh fruits, granola, yogurt, and local bread was a really nice surprise.

The only downside was the poor water pressure combined with the water saver in the shower, which affected the overall experience.
