Our stay at Alona Vida Beach Hill Resort was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that provided us with a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and close to the main street, offering convenience without the noise. The staff, especially the two girls at the reception, were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We appreciated the little touches like umbrellas available for guests, making our beach trips even more convenient. The restaurant and bar had fair prices, offering delicious meals, refreshing drinks, and a happy hour. The common area provided great entertainment options, with a swimming pool, billiards, ping pong, and table football. We also appreciated the hotel's customer-oriented approach, as they took into account guest suggestions and made improvements based on feedback. We were so satisfied with our stay that we decided to return to Alona Vida Beach Hill Resort a second time during our travels. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and exceptional service.

While our stay at Alona Vida Beach Hill Resort was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the WiFi sometimes didn't work perfectly, which could be inconvenient for those needing a reliable internet connection.

The location of the hotel is really convenient, as it is quite close to the beach area. The rooms were clean and the beds were huge, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying.

The lack of refillable drinking water was a small inconvenience during an otherwise lovely stay.

The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for some relaxation time during our Thanksgiving getaway. The staff was accommodating and smiley, making us feel at home. We enjoyed the tea and coffee facilities in the room and the fast WiFi connection that kept us connected with family back home.

We had a problem with the water pressure during our stay, which affected our showers and made it difficult for us to get ready for our daily tours. we found it inconvenient that the hotel only provided one small bottle of water per day, compared to other hotels in the area that offer refillable drinking water.
