The pier is the best part about this hotel, offering a beautiful sunset view while enjoying drinks. The evening cake in the room is a nice touch. The location is convenient with plenty of tricycles to get into town. Staff is amazing, always going above and beyond.

We had an incredible stay at Bacau Bay Resort. The manager, Mr. Gilbert, was constantly present, ensuring that all guests were taken care of. The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The resort had a private pier, perfect for taking tours, and the on-site spa provided amazing massages. The complimentary touches, especially during the Christmas period, were a delightful surprise. I highly recommend this exceptional resort.

We absolutely loved the location of this resort. It was situated on a private pier, which gave us stunning views of the water. The premier suite we stayed in was immaculately clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The espresso machine in the room was a nice touch, and we enjoyed the delicious cashew treats provided each night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area was a highlight, and the buffet breakfast served by excellent chefs was fantastic.

The gym facilities were functional at best.

The customer service we experienced during our stay was top-notch. We were impressed with the little personal touches that made our time there even more special. The pool and bar were great spots to unwind and relax. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel had its own dock, which made it convenient for private tours to pick us up.

While the hotel itself was great, getting to and leaving the destination was a bit challenging. There were some issues with SPass and no tourist boats available to go to other places.

I had a great time in this place! I loved the location as it was close to everything. The staff was really fantastic with their excellent service and attention to detail. They even facilitated my laundry and airport shuttle needs. The room amenities were also complete, including ironing facilities and mini-bar. I also enjoyed the leisure facilities such as the swimming pool and the garden area. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was also a plus.

Highly recommended for families who want to spend a relaxing and fun vacation.

I recently stayed at a magnificent resort that provided the perfect serene vacation. Bacau Bay Resort has a large room with excellent facilities and a breathtaking view. The highlight of my stay was the incredibly friendly staff, from the General Manager to the entire team. They went above and beyond to offer a personalized experience, even with a high number of guests. The location was also fantastic, with a private pier for easy access to private tours. The spacious and well-cleaned room, along with the attentive and helpful staff, made it great value for money.
