Always return for the trip. Staff helped with parking first stay. This place suits perfectly with Free Wi, Fi, 24, hour reception, Swimming pool, Air conditioning. Has all I need: Beach access, Private beach, Airport shuttle, Spa, Laundry, TV.

Our stay at Henann was delightful. The breakfast buffet had a diverse selection of dishes, including both Asian and Western options. The room was clean and cozy, with a nice view of the pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, granting us an early check-in. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a pleasant experience overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean and spacious rooms, comfy beds. Polite and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with new dishes daily. Access to beach through sister resort. Enjoyed stay and highly recommend. Will definitely return and book rooms with pool access next time.

I had a wonderful stay at a resort located on the beautiful Hennan beach. The location was perfect, as it was close to many great eateries and restaurants. The room was well-maintained and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom that had been cleaned thoroughly. The service provided was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff available at all times. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse range of dishes, catering to different tastes. Additionally, the resort had a casino and karaoke facilities, adding to the overall entertainment experience.

There was some noise disturbance from neighboring rooms.

Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options to choose from, and the staff was always ready to make hot coffee and serve it on the table. the pool area was a great spot to relax, and the bar served delicious drinks. Its great location makes it easy to access the nearby beach and other attractions.

The checkout process was very slow, and the staff was not very friendly. there was no shuttle service to help access the pool, and we had to walk a long distance to get there.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities and top-notch service. the private facilities in my room were exceptional, making my stay feel luxurious. the Spa & wellness centre was a great option to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. the Outdoor swimming pool was refreshing and well maintained.

the drinks menu was limited, and the atmosphere wasn't as vibrant as I expected, but the staff were friendly and attentive.
