The staff was very friendly and always had a smile on their face. The meals at the restaurant were delicious. The hotel had beautiful Christmas decor in the lobby that added a festive touch to our stay. In terms of location, we were able to walk to nearby restaurants which was convenient.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired. Guests have noticed dirt and stains on the sheets and grime on the toilet seats.
