I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Puerto Princesa. The staff were friendly and did their best to help with any issues that arose during my stay. They even went so far as to lay towels on the ground to prevent rainwater from entering my room during a heavy downpour. They brought a bucket of water for the toilet when there was no running water due to a pump issue. The hotel also offered a free taxi shuttle from the airport, which was a convenient and quick 15-minute ride. The location of the hotel was great, close to the bay with seafood restaurants and street food stalls. My room had all the necessary amenities, including a quiet AC unit, fridge, TV, and a comfortable bed. There was even a bar in the garden area. I had a pleasant experience at the Puerto Pension Inn.

I recently stayed at a small and cozy hotel that I absolutely loved. The room was so cozy, with a bed that was incredibly comfortable. But what really made my stay special was the staff. They were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They helped me book tours, arrange for a scooter rental, and even a van to get to El Nido. The location of the hotel was also great, right next to the baywalk and within walking distance of the center of town. I would definitely recommend Puerto Pension Inn to my family and friends, and I can't wait to come back again. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so memorable!

I recently stayed at Puerto Pension Inn for a week-long vacation with my wife. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and were always on hand to assist with anything we needed. They even organized tours for us and arranged transportation to El Nido. The location of the hotel is great, as it's just a short walk to the boardwalk. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a mini fridge stocked with reasonably priced drinks. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious. it was excellent value for money and the staff truly went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay.

The beautifully landscaped hotel has a charming island motif with comfortable rooms and Netflix on the TV. The staff is helpful and friendly, making women traveling alone feel safe. The top floor dining area offers great scenic views.

We also appreciated their commitment to the environment, with features like a solar water heater. The native Filipino design of the rooms added an extra touch of charm, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We even had the opportunity to use the Jacuzzi beyond regular hours to celebrate our wedding anniversary. it was a restful and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely return.

During our stay at Puerto Pension Inn, the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. When our baggage was delayed and we needed to return to the airport the next day to collect it, they didn't charge us for taking us back to the airport. The hotel is conveniently located near the Baywalk and central area of Puerto Princesa, making it easy to explore the nearby tourist sites such as the Cathedral, Plaza Cuartel, and Bayview boardwalk. The room was small but clean, and it had a refrigerator, large shower, and separate sofa. Although it was advertised as having a balcony, it actually had a sitting area on the common exterior walkways around the garden. The top floor dining area offered excellent views and good food, which was a pleasant surprise for us.

The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, and the veranda facing the patio was a nice touch. it exceeded my expectations.
