The room was clean and free from any pests, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were courteous and always ready to assist. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast prepared for me every morning. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of Taal Lake from the hotel's viewdeck. It truly made my mornings serene and peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and stunning view of Taal Lake.

During Christmas, I stayed at a hotel with a breathtaking view of a beautiful lake and an exquisite complimentary breakfast that came with a local delicacy. The staff was outstanding and the location was perfect for exploring the city's popular museums and art galleries. Tagaytay's cool weather was refreshing and the ambiance of the place is perfect for relaxation.

The hot water in the shower was not consistent and the TV remote was in Korean. Despite the courteous staff, there were challenges with the language barrier, and communication was a bit difficult.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and affordable for the quality of the accommodation. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the basic amenities provided to the comfortable big king-size beds in the rooms, everything was well-thought-out. Lastly, the location on the steep hill offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, especially the taal volcano and the lake.
