Spotless apartment with balcony and private garden. Excellent staff, nothing was any trouble. Main square and shopping mall 5 minutes walk. Small shop next door. Best stay in Krakow.

The apartment was clean, well-decorated, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The balcony was a great spot to relax and enjoy the nice weather. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main square. We appreciated the convenience of having a well-equipped kitchenette and a nearby convenience store for any supplies we needed. The staff, especially Mrs Ania from reception, were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. They even arranged airport transfers and excursions for us. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways! the location was absolutely perfect, with all the major attractions just minutes away. We loved being right next to the main pedestrian area, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were equipped with small kitchens and even had hot tubs with a view. All of these amenities added a touch of luxury to our stay.

While there were a few minor issues, overall, everything was perfectly fine.

I had an amazing stay at these fabulous apartments! The room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed, including a lovely balcony. The location couldn't have been better - close to everything in the heart of the city. The staff, especially the young lady at the reception, were exceptional; friendly, polite. They made me feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

One thing that could have made the breakfast even better was if the staff had informed us about the option to order hot food like eggs and bacon. Everything was laid out for self-service, but we didn't know hot options were available.

The location of the apartment was perfect, so close to the centre and easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was very well maintained and clean, with brand new bedding and a fully equipped kitchen. The host was also very nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Although the apartment was great, it would have been nice if there was some detergent provided for the washing machine.

Cleanliness: The rooms and bathrooms were spotless. Location near the center: It was fabulous to be so close to the city center. Parking: The underground parking was very convenient. Transportation: It was easy to get around by foot or tram.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless apartments and rooms. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a balcony and a private garden in our room. The location was perfect, as it was very close to everything, just a 5-minute walk from the main square and close to the important landmarks and the Old Town. The staff was exceptional, providing warm and friendly hosting. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.

The value for money at Parkside Apartments Old Town was excellent and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was superb, just a short 5-minute walk from the Old Town, and the staff, especially Igor, were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the apartments. The apartment was spotless and had a balcony, while our room had a private garden. The staff went above and beyond, and the location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the main square and a shopping mall. There's even a small shop next door for any forgotten items. This was by far the best place we've stayed in Krakow!

Our stay at the elegant apartment in the center of the city was wonderful. The staff were friendly and the location was prime, just minutes away from the main square. The apartment itself was spacious and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. We were even greeted with a bottle of wine in our room. We stayed at Apartamenty Parkside Kraków for our wedding anniversary and had an excellent experience. Igor, the host, went above and beyond to make our stay special. He arranged airport transport and tours for us, and even arranged for the same driver, Sebastian, to be with us throughout our stay. The apartment itself is in a perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from the main square. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary amenities. We highly recommend this apartment for a memorable stay.

The private jacuzzi and sauna in the apartment were absolutely amazing, especially during the freezing temperatures outside. It made our stay truly unique and enjoyable. The owner, Igor, was extremely helpful and organized all our trips and airport transfers at a great price. it was a fantastic experience in a beautiful city.
