We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room we had was spacious and had stunning views of the surrounding tree-lined streets. The floor-to-ceiling windows were a highlight for us. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, both in the lobby and in our room. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a quiet street close to the city center and the King Castle Wawel. We were able to easily explore this beautiful city on foot.

Upon arrival at the Mgallery, we were greeted with sparkling lights and a glass of Prosecco, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, organizing discounted breakfast and arranging our tours in advance. Our room was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We made use of the spa facilities, enjoying the jacuzzi and sauna, complete with provided towels and water. The Gavi restaurant exceeded our expectations, with delicious food and excellent service, accompanied by live music. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable experience.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the city center and the King Castle Wawel. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast served was delicious, providing a great start to the day.

Loved the friendly and helpful staff, they really made us feel welcome and gave great recommendations. The location was ideal, in a calm part of the city but still close enough to walk to all the main attractions. The hotel had a nice, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful and quiet getaway. Enjoyed the mixture of guests, including friendly locals, which made us feel like we were really experiencing the Polish culture.

The ability to dim the lights in the bedroom was a bit lacking, but we mentioned it to the hotel and they were very receptive to feedback. The only small bin in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient, but honestly, that was the only issue we could find.
