The room was spacious and comfortable, with a mini kitchen that was perfect for our needs. The hotel also had a pool and several restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining options. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, always fulfilling our requests promptly. Parking was hassle-free and there were no problems with cleanliness or maintenance. The breakfast was delicious and homemade, and the swimming pool was especially enjoyable in the evening. I had a great experience at City Park Hotel & Residence, and I would highly recommend it.

The swimming pool and spa facilities were fantastic and a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the main attractions and a variety of restaurants nearby. the room was spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay.

The unclear pricing policy, with the special discount offer not reflecting the average prices of the hotel. The breakfast, although decent, did not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel.

The location of the hotel is convenient. It is slightly away from the center, making it a nice escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Plus, it is easily accessible by tram, allowing you to explore the city with ease. Additionally, there are a few bars just opposite the hotel for those who enjoy a vibrant nightlife.

The noise from the nearby bars with loud music can be heard late into the night, which may disturb light sleepers.

The room at City Park Hotel & Residence exceeded my expectations, it was much bigger than anticipated. I also loved the fact that the swimming pool was included in the price, and it was larger than most pools I've seen at hotels. The breakfast in the room was absolutely delicious, and the complex itself had a lovely ambience with its old Prussian barracks. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. from the friendly and helpful staff to the spacious and comfortable rooms, everything exceeded our expectations. the breakfast was top-notch, and the location was convenient with many great restaurants nearby. we especially loved the swimming pool and sauna facilities. overall, a truly luxurious holiday experience.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that met all my luxurious needs. The Spa and wellness centre was impressive with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and stunning rooftop pool. The massage and body wrap were some of the best I've had, and the staff was kind and attentive. The restaurant and lounge area were luxurious and elegant, with a wide variety of delicious food options.

My only minor issue was that the hotel is separated into two buildings. If your room is in the other building, it can be inconvenient to walk outside to reach the restaurant, especially if you're heading to the Spa.

Room was dirty and poorly maintained. The carpet had several stains and the bathroom had a moldy smell.
