The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was fulfilling, offering a variety of options. The dining space was trendy and comfortable, and the cocktails at the bar upstairs were expertly crafted.

There was some confusion and inconvenience when checking in my 16-year-old son due to the hotel's policy requiring written notice from me or his mother.
