my recent stay at a hotel in czestochowa was superb - mercure exceeded all expectations. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the food was excellent. i will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a perfect location for visiting the Black Madonna church and enjoying the nearby restaurants. The view from our room was beautiful, and the bedroom was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenience of having toiletries provided, including a shaving kit, toothbrush, and comb. our experience at Mercure was excellent and we look forward to visiting again.

The noise from the street can be a bit bothersome, especially for light sleepers.

We spent Easter weekend at this hotel and had a lovely time. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. We did have a couple of minor issues during our stay. The towels provided were of poor quality and in need of replacement.
