I had a great value for my money at Czar. The room was modern and nice, with a small veranda and a nice view. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and tourist areas. The staff treated me well, especially Diogo at reception.

The furnishings and bathroom were lovely, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The staff were patient and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel offered car parking, which was a bonus for us. The location was great, as it was just a 10-minute walk from the city center or a short ride on the charming wooden tram.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the separate tub and shower in the bathroom were a nice touch. The hotel also offered a wide range of services, including room service, car hire, and laundry, which made my stay even more convenient. I was very impressed with the quality of this venue and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this beautiful city.

One small drawback is that this hotel is not located in the city center. However, this was actually a positive for me as it allowed me to escape the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas and enjoy a peaceful stay in a residential district.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and clean decor of the hotel. The location, although not in the very center of Lisbon, was still considered central and easily accessible with the nearby metro station. The 24-hour pass for metros, trams, and buses was a great deal, and we highly recommend taking the 28 tram for a full tour of the city. Our standard room was well-appointed and had a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a tasty variety of hot and cold options.

The lobby and room were clean, which was a big plus. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the metro station and with a nearby grocery store. Another standout was the incredibly fast internet, the fastest I've ever experienced in hotels around the world.

the housekeeping service wasn't consistent and there were issues with towels being changed despite the "do not disturb" sign. The windows also didn't close properly, leading to a lot of noise from outside.

The comfortable rooms, great staff, convenient location near downtown and famous tram, excellent restaurant, smooth check-in experience.

The cleanliness and space of the room were excellent. The staff spoke very good English and were most helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, just three stops on the green line to Rossio, making it close enough to walk into the city center. The breakfast offered a big amount of options and was very tasty.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the private parking option was a huge bonus. a fantastic experience with no complaints.

We had a comfortable stay at a hotel in the center of the city with a convenient location near a market, pharmacy, and bakery. The staff went out of their way to help us, despite the language barrier. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were unique, allowing you to see the room while showering. The hotel also served surprisingly good food, and the internet worked well.
