The apartment was very clean and had modern facilities, including automatic blinds in the bedroom which made it ideal for someone jetlagged like me. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation options like the Santa Apolónia metro station and close proximity to the main tourist areas. I loved the fact that there were seemingly authentic restaurants nearby, allowing me to experience the local cuisine. The staff were welcoming and kind, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We absolutely loved the spacious and well-decorated apartment with ample natural light. The location was perfect, right across from Museu do Fado in the picturesque Alfama neighborhood. We enjoyed the vibrant street music as well as the tranquility when we closed our windows. The friendly and available staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was equipped with high-end appliances and had a great view of the hills and the street. And to top it all off, there was an elevator!

The apartment was well insulated, so we didn't hear much noise from outside or upstairs. The hot water and central A/C worked great, providing a comfortable stay. The reception desk was helpful during the day and check-in was quick and easy. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals.

The air conditioning in the bedroom was not functioning properly and we didn't sleep well as a result. the oven handle was broken and kept falling off, which was a minor inconvenience.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room cool even in the extreme heat. The location was perfect, with bus stops and metro stations nearby, allowing easy access to explore the whole city for just 6€ with a 24-hour ticket. I also loved the convenience of having a coffee shop across the alley, where I could grab a delicious coffee and pastry. The staff, particularly Maria, provided excellent recommendations and even organized a fantastic driver named Mario for us.
