Cleaners did a great job and provided toiletries. The staff was superb, well-informed, and helpful day and night. Breakfast buffet had top-quality pastries. Easy to get around the city with a key location.

Shower door didn't close and the room was dark. Lack of plugs for phone charging and a tiny TV.

my recent stay in Lisbon was amazing, but Turim took it to the next level. The comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and excellent location exceeded my expectations. I especially loved that the hotel provided iron and board as soon as I requested, and the generous checkout time.

The location was great with about a 20 min walk into the centre and came across some great little bars and cafes on the way down. Bed was comfortable and fridge was a good addition to the room. Staff were always friendly, very helpful and arranged taxis to take us to the airport. the hotel was close to a metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city.

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

I stayed at Turim for two nights and it was a lovely hotel. The location was great, with easy access to the city center and the airport. The staff, especially Tiago at the reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms and hotel were clean, and the breakfast was delicious. If you're into architecture, I highly recommend taking a 15-minute walk to the city center.

For the price we paid, the value was exceptional. The room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was great, with plenty of dining and drinking options nearby, and it was easy to reach the city center by walking or a short taxi ride. The staff at the hotel were incredibly polite and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

As for the breakfast option, it could have been better.

The rooms were warm and the hot shower had great water pressure, which was perfect after a long day of exploring the city. the hotel had a convenient luggage storage service, allowing us to leave our bags at the front desk while we ventured into town.

The Wi-fi could have been better and there was a lack of information on room service and in-room drinks. there was nowhere to hang towels or put our clothes.

The attentive staff, eloquent touches, great shower, excellent location near metro and tram, shops and restaurants nearby.
