We loved our stay at the hotel. The room had a modern design and was very functional. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. One great feature was the provision of a bottle of filtered water which we could easily refill at the self-service dispenser in the lobby. The staff, especially Laura, provided excellent service throughout our stay from check-in to dinner service and check-out.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like about our stay. 😊

Additionally, the hotel is close to shops and restaurants, providing ample options for dining and shopping during your stay. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and functional designs. The bathroom facilities are also impressive, boasting a great shower and the added convenience of a self-service filtered water dispenser in the lobby. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The restaurant offers a good selection of food, with a delicious breakfast to start your day off right.

The parking facility can be a bit confusing and time-consuming, especially if you have a large vehicle.

I absolutely loved the chic and stylish rooms at this hotel! They were even nicer than some 5-star hotels I've stayed in before. The open layout, sophisticated decor, and relaxing lighting created a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the desk setup was perfect for working. The view of the cross and basilica from my window was breathtaking. The breakfast was served in a high-tea fashion and the fresh pastries, bread, meats, cheeses, juice, eggs. The staff were always welcoming and helpful. this hotel exceeded all of my expectations.

Great location near the Sanctum, and walking distance. Friendly staff, always ready to help and they spoke English fluently. Loved the modern design of the rooms, especially the comfortable firm bed, and the filtered water bottle for guests. The gym was equipped with good machines.

The restaurant could use more staff as waiting times were longer and breakfast was buffet a selection of food awkwardly stored on trays that receptionists had to distribute. Parking was tight in the garage, and no coffee machine in-room, although hot water was available.

The staff at Mercure were exceptional! Every time I walked by, they greeted me warmly and asked if there was anything they could do to make my stay better. It really created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

One drawback was the parking facility. It was a bit confusing and there weren't clear signs indicating where to park or how to use the elevator.
