The location was fantastic, just a few meters from the metro and in the city center. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious and the furniture was of great quality. The hotel was spotless clean and the common areas smelled lovely. The staff even folded our pajamas into nice shapes! They also gave us great suggestions for non-touristic places to eat.

During our Easter stay, we had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, helping us with recommendations and directions. The location was fantastic, with the metro station just a short walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included in our stay.

On the downside, the walls in the hotel were quite thin, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep. Thankfully, the staff was accommodating and moved us to a quieter room on a different floor.

This hotel is superb as you can walk almost everywhere and there are great restaurants just a short 5-10 minute walk away. The location in the center of downtown is perfect, with main transportation lines just a 10-minute walk away. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a kettle, blow dryer, and clean towels daily, were all great. The breakfast had a good selection and the staff were pleasant.
