I had a delightful stay at Vincci. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center but on a quiet street. The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely helpful and nice. I also loved the convenience of having scooters available near the hotel for transportation. I highly recommend this hotel.

As backpackers, we loved the vibe of Vincci Liberdade, it had a cool and trendy atmosphere. The terrace bar was a great spot to hang out and meet other travelers. The staff, especially David on reception and Lucas in the bar, were super friendly and gave us great recommendations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and even surprised my partner with a birthday celebration during our breakfast. The location is perfect, being close enough to the city center to walk there easily, but also in a quieter area which was nice. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed to be comfortable during our stay.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but still close to the bustling downtown. It is conveniently situated near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is amazing and very helpful. the hotel offers a gourmet restaurant serving delicious meals, and the rooms come with comfortable amenities. The exceptional shower and great breakfast are also notable highlights.

The room felt small and depressing, with a warm temperature and loud AC. Opening the window leads to disturbances from pigeons, and the window shades made me feel confined. The "king-size" bed was actually two singles pushed together, with an uncomfortable separator.

The hotel is located in a great part of town, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. Although the area is of high quality, there are few dining options nearby. The building and rooms are well-maintained, and the staff is generally polite and accommodating.

The staff at the hotel left our room door open and showed little remorse when we reported the issue. It was also disappointing to find out that room service was not available 24 hours and that the hotel was lacking in amenities such as larger water bottles and better bedding.

We had a wonderful stay at a charming boutique hotel in Lisbon. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and extremely comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro stations and nearby attractions. The staff were welcoming and provided excellent service. Despite a minor noise issue due to building works, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. I highly recommend it for a fantastic stay in Lisbon.

We had a great time at Vincci thanks to its central location, which made it easy to explore the city. The room had everything we needed and the Nespresso coffee was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I would recommend this hotel despite one issue with the shower draining slowly.
