The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities. Additionally, it is close to a clinic that we needed to visit during our stay. Furthermore, the hotel is also located near the Antipa Museum of Natural History, which is a fascinating place to visit if you have some free time.

The air conditioning in the room was not efficient, making the room uncomfortably warm at times.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the sightseeing spots. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities we needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure all our needs were met. The hotel had a great selection of services, including room service, car hire, and airport shuttle. We also appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and had a cafe with affordable food that stayed open late. Its location was convenient, being close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean.

Despite the hotel having high standard facilities, the noise level was unbearable due to a late night wedding party held in the function room. The staff was ineffective in addressing the issue.

They were available at all times and were quick to resolve any issues I had. I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The staff at Capital Plaza were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to various attractions in Bucharest. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, offering a wide range of delicious options. I especially appreciated the efficient organization of airport pickup upon my request.

capital plaza made my stay in bucharest even better than before. the staff's amazing service and willingness to help impressed me. the room with a balcony was a delightful surprise, and the facilities were well-maintained and spacious. location-wise, it was conveniently close to attractions and had a nearby supermarket. overall, a great experience!

Wifi didn't work.
