The building itself is stunning, adding to the charm of the experience. The room I stayed in was nice, simple, clean, and very comfortable. Despite a few dated furniture pieces, everything was well-maintained. The staff were polite and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The highlight of my visit was the smart management's response to some feedback I had previously left. They offered me an apartment at the same rate as a single room, which was truly amazing. It showed their commitment to customer satisfaction and providing excellent value for money. I also have to mention the caring staff, like Ms Mirabella at the reception. She went above and beyond by driving me to the train station and walking with me to ensure my safety. This level of service truly deserves praise. I highly recommend Rina Cerbul for its ideal location, cleanliness, and outstanding customer care.

The room was fantastic, and the bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable, and everything was in great condition. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the WiFi worked very well. Additionally, the hotel provided free parking, which was a short walk away. this hotel offered a great experience with its prime location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

We had a great stay at Hotel Rina Cerbul. Our room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The location in the center of Sinaia was convenient, and we enjoyed the nice view of the mountains from our room. Despite a minor issue with the bathroom vanity not being properly secured, we found the overall experience to be enjoyable. For the price, this hotel is a great choice. we would recommend staying here.

The bed was comfortable and the room had a good sized fridge, which was really convenient. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. we were pleasantly surprised to find out that we had access to the spa facilities of a nearby hotel.

The bathroom was poorly designed and the shower was a major problem. It had poor drainage, leaving the floor wet and slippery.

The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch, with daily cleaning and towel changes. The facilities, including the bathroom with a well-equipped shower, were perfect. The hotel also offers parking, although it should be noted that there are only a few spaces available. However, there is a large parking lot just across the street with a discounted rate for guests. Lastly, the staff at the reception were kind and professional throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic time staying at Rina Cerbul. The location was excellent, with easy access to the park, restaurants and city center. Our room was clean and the furniture looked new. We especially appreciated the complementary drink that was waiting for us upon arrival. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were of good quality. We were pleased to find a mini-fridge in our room, which was a convenient feature. The heating in the room was also satisfactory. It was great to see that our previous feedback about the room being too cold had been taken seriously, and the hotel had made sure to provide us with a much warmer apartment this time. We were able to enjoy the beautiful snowing landscape outside while feeling cozy and comfortable inside. It's evident that Rina Cerbul values their guests' satisfaction and strives to meet their needs.

We had a wonderful experience at Rina Cerbul. The receptionist, Mrs. Alina, greeted us with kindness and a warm smile. The room, room 212, was clean and comfortable, and we were delighted to find a bottle of red wine waiting for us. The staff who cleaned the room were also very friendly. We enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi facilities, and the location of the hotel was perfect, close to the train station and Sinaia Orthodox Monastery. We even ventured up to Cota 2000 and had the opportunity to see wild goats and taste wild strawberries. Mrs. Alina went above and beyond to assist us with holding our luggage before and after our reservation. we highly recommend a visit to Rina Cerbul!
