This hotel is located in a very convenient spot, close to the Christmas market and the Old City Center. The room was comfortable with a nice working area, while the bathroom was modern with a bathtub and walk-in shower. Staff were friendly and spoke fluent English. We enjoyed a large and tasty breakfast each day, and the gym and sauna were great features.

The Novotel Bucharest City Centre hotel surpassed my expectations in every way. The amazing location, with convenient parking, made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a spacious room and a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The fast check-in and check-out process was a great convenience. a fantastic hotel experience.

The complimentary vouchers for the restaurant were a nice touch, and the location was great with many highlights within walking distance. The staff were always helpful and friendly, and one member even helped me pick out a delicious meal at the restaurant.

The rooms were extremely small, even after upgrading to an executive room. The toilet room was so cramped I could hardly fit in, and on the last day of my stay, I injured my hand when it got caught between the door and the furniture due to the narrow space.
