We were fortunate to secure rooms at a special discounted rate and the undercover parking was a bonus. The security on the campus where the hotel is located was impressive, providing reassurance especially for our first night in South Africa. The staff at the campus gate were methodical yet courteous, adding to our sense of safety. Impressed by the modern and comfortable Holiday Inn Express with great location easy to access from both the airport and Sandton City. Rooms are efficiently designed, and the breakfast buffet is delicious with a good variety. Front desk and taxi service were top-notch. highly recommended.

The breakfast offered a great variety of food, especially the freshly baked bread and the fruit selection. The hotel is located within a safe commercial area, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to taxis. I also appreciated the relaxed atmosphere in the lounge area.

The Aircon systems in the rooms did not work properly, and I had to be moved twice to different rooms. Some of the staff seemed reluctant and unhappy to serve guests, with poor hygiene standards observed in the way they handled cutlery.

This hotel is located in a very accessible area from the free way and is in a business park, making it perfect for business trips. The rooms are spacious with all basic amenities and have a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was included in the rate and had different options everyday, with an excellent view.

All was ok, no complaints.
