The restaurant offers incredible value, with perfectly paired wine. The spa is a must-visit, as the massages are out of this world! And don't even get me started on the extensive breakfast menu - it's a tough decision to make, but everything is delicious. this hotel is a real gem with a pool, restaurant, and 24-hour room service - what more could you ask for?

The service at Menlyn Boutique was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even surprised us with a special anniversary treat. The complimentary champagne and snacks were a lovely touch, and having a free cellphone to use during our stay in the presidential suite was a great convenience. The hotel's dedication to showcasing local artists added a unique and personal touch to our experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Black Bamboo restaurant at this hotel offers an elegant dining experience with exquisite food. Guests can enjoy a lovely breakfast and a friendly atmosphere. The restaurant is conveniently located close to a major highway intersection, making it easily accessible. Additionally, the hotel provides small touches in the room such as a Nespresso machine and lovely toiletries, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.

There were some minor maintenance issues noticed in the room, such as a broken lamp and kettle.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is close to the highway, making it easy for guests to travel in and out of the area. guests have mentioned that the hotel's location is ideal for attending the Dynamo Seeing is Believing show. The staff also goes above and beyond in assisting guests, such as organising trips to local shopping areas for guests to explore.

Had a fantastic New Year's eve celebration with impeccable service. The morning came with a lovely breakfast and free parking. Located in the heart of the city and close to all attractions, so easy to get around. I enjoyed the beautifully designed room with all the mod-cons and a lovely view of the city skyline.

The Wi-Fi was not very reliable and the shower pressure left something to be desired. Both were promptly addressed by the staff, but I found them to be a little bit of a hassle.

The outdoor swimming pool was inviting and the garden area was well maintained. We enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers and the infinity pool was a highlight. The excellent restaurant provided delicious meals and the in-room breakfast was a very convenient option.

During our stay, we experienced some noise disturbance from an event in the hotel. We had to request earplugs and a white noise machine from reception to help with the disturbance.
