From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted warmly by the porter. He even treated us to a complimentary coffee at the restaurant while we waited for our room to be ready. Speaking of the room, it was incredibly spacious with a huge bed and a beautifully decorated bathroom. We loved the attention to detail in the decor. The location of the hotel was perfect, being very close to Green Point and the V and A waterfront facilities. The staff were all so charming and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful rooms, great location, and top-notch service.

Great Location: The hotel is perfectly situated in a vibrant area, close to all the main attractions and amenities. It was convenient to explore the city, waterfront, and nearby areas without any hassle.

Lack of Wi-Fi during Loadshedding: One major downside was the unavailability of Wi-Fi during loadshedding.

We loved our stay at this small hotel. The staff, especially Pilgrim and the morning receptionist, were fantastic - so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a well-proportioned bathroom and a small plunge pool outside. The breakfast was of great quality and the coffee was delicious. The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance or a short Uber ride to the waterfront and the Convention Centre. Secure parking and a friendly atmosphere made our stay even better. Meeting Jack and Zara was the highlight of our trip!

The staff were exceptional, providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and we were also impressed with the quality of the coffee served.

Although our stay was mostly positive, there were a few minor drawbacks. the hotel was undergoing construction during our visit, resulting in some noise disturbances at times.

Friendly staff, spacious family room with cot, lovely bathroom with toiletries, comfortable linen/sheets, nice little touches with bottled water. Breakfast was enjoyable. Good neighborhood with restaurants and market nearby. New installations with large comfortable bed. Bathroom had two sinks and bathtub. Everything was clean. ATM available. Helpful and friendly staff members. Lovely pool.

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel, situated in a convenient location near the city center and waterfront. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided a peaceful atmosphere away from other guests. Although there was some noise from the road outside, it was to be expected in a city hotel. Despite this minor drawback, we thoroughly enjoyed our intimate stay at this charming hotel. we highly recommend it for a memorable experience in an excellent location.

The private pool was a great feature, allowing me to relax and cool off whenever I wanted. The breakfast being served until 11am was also a big plus, giving me the flexibility to sleep in and still enjoy a delicious meal. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I also appreciated that the hotel was not very strict about noise, as I was able to have a gathering on my balcony without any issues. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, with it being just a 10-minute walk to the waterfront. This made it convenient for exploring and enjoying all the attractions in the area.
