The Residences at Crystal Towers exceeded our expectations with exceptional views and a lush bath. The fully equipped kitchen with filtered water tap was a bonus. The staff was kind and helpful, and the free basement parking was secure and convenient. The short walk to Canal Walk added to the holiday feel, and the meals from the Coffee Lounge were fresh and delicious. We had an amazing stay!

So many restaurants and bars nearby, I felt like I was in a food wonderland! The apartments were fully furnished and provided a luxurious self-catering experience. Plus, the free WiFi was a lifesaver!

Oh joy, waiting till 2pm to check in! But hey, at least I had a good excuse to explore the nearby restaurants and bars.

Great location near shopping center with everything within walking distance. Modern and well-appointed apartments with all the basic amenities in place. Professional and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. Safe and secure parking with easy access to lifts. Clean and peaceful surroundings with no noise or air pollution.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect for our needs as we could easily walk to a nearby shopping mall and even an amusement park across the road. The staff were friendly and accommodating, from the porter to the manager, and the service was excellent. We appreciated the room amenities, including the free Wi-Fi and the sitting area, as well as the room service, dry cleaning, and laundry facilities which were all provided. The hotel also had a fitness center and an outdoor dining area, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was not far from the airport and close to both the Canal Walk mall and Century City shopping centre. We were able to easily access everything we wanted to do in Cape Town. The room was spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping. The receptionists, especially Justin, were friendly and helpful during our stay.

The hotel had a problem with towels not being replaced, even when not requested, and the management did not provide a satisfactory solution.

Great location near a mall and easy access to the highway. The receptionists were cheerful and helpful. Loved the chicken and prawn curry at the Towers restaurant. I had a comfortable stay at Residences At Crystal Towers.

Easter break was awesome thanks to amazing complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi at this perfect location near shopping and dining. Plus, the comfortable beds made the stay even better.

The cleanliness wasn't up to par, as the bathroom walls and carpets were dirty. some amenities like the hairdryer were missing or not working, making the stay a bit uncomfortable.
