The breakfast was delicious and a great value for money. The bathroom had all the amenities and was separated from the bedroom. The hotel was located in the heart of the activity, making it super convenient. I highly recommend Newmark's Victoria & Alfred Hotel for a superior Waterfront stay.

We stayed in a hotel located in a prime area, within the Waterfront district. The location was great as it was close to the beach and the V&A mall. The room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom and a stunning view of the harbor and Table Mountain. The breakfast was varied and very tasty with the option to eat indoors or outdoors. Plus, there were many facilities such as a gym and pool available nearby.

The staff was not always attentive to our needs, and some minor issues persisted during our stay.

my recent stay in cape town was made even better by newmark. the room overlooking table mountain was breathtaking, and the spaciousness and comfort of the bed exceeded my expectations. the staff was excellent and the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.

This place is perfectly located along the waterfront with beautiful views. The staff is exceptional, offering great service from check-in to check-out. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including a mini-bar and sitting area.

Great location and service; will return next year. The room size was just right with a separate toilet from the main bathroom. The bathroom had a bath and a shower which was very large. Two sinks in the bathroom. The breakfast menu was great. All the buffet food was fresh and delicious. The wait staff were fantastic; friendly, efficient and professional. The view from the terrace was great for people-watching. After the peace and quiet of the winelands, arriving at the Waterfront was a culture shock. But we quickly adapted and we were sad to leave after 4 days here. I requested a working iron and it was delivered within 10 minutes.

The staff at Victoria & Alfred Hotel were excellent, always helpful and pleasant, making us feel safe and well looked after throughout our stay.

Had a fantastic Thanksgiving experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location with amazing views and easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Complimentary breakfast and secure parking were a plus. The room was spacious and clean, complete with fluffly towels and comfy bed. The turn down service was also a nice touch.

There were some issues with the hot water during our stay which wasn't proactivey resolved by the hotel staff. We had to bring it to their attention multiple times with no apparent solution.
