The hotel is conveniently located at the center of Nevsky avenue, close to the main attractions, shopping center, metro station, and Petropavel castle. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with excellent service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and had a pleasant view of the avenue. The hotel also had a welcoming lobby and a restaurant/pub with good dining options.

The bathroom facilities could be renovated to match the standards of a 5-star hotel.

Although my stay was impeccable, I had one minor issue. When I requested a massage, I faced some confusion with the concierge's instructions and pricing.

I spent a lovely Christmas break in a hotel situated in the heart of the city. The hotel offers a great complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of tasty options. The location of the hotel made exploring the city very easy, as it is walking distance from many famous landmarks. , the hotel has a beautiful lobby, which was decorated beautifully for the holidays.

The room was a bit old-fashioned and needed a bit of an update, which was a bummer. , the hotel was quite crowded and the amenities were a bit limited.
