My recent stay at Serenity At Coconut Bay was absolutely incredible. The resort is stunning, with beautifully decorated suites surrounded by lush trees and flowers. The food was absolutely amazing, and I enjoyed every single meal. One of the highlights of my stay was the private yoga session, which was truly special. The teacher was very knowledgeable and made the experience unforgettable. I also had the pleasure of exploring the Serenity gardens with Jonathan the coconut man, who taught me the names of various plants. It was a lot of fun and added an extra touch to my stay. I must mention our butler, Kert, who was always friendly and went out of his way to help us. He even helped me retrieve a jacket that I had left on the plane. Thank you, Kert! The room service was quick, the food was delicious, and it looked great when it arrived. I had an amazing experience at Serenity At Coconut Bay and cannot wait to come back again soon. Highly recommended!

The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, creating a truly relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms and pool area were outstanding, providing the perfect place to unwind. The food at the resort was absolutely delicious, with different themes each night and plenty of options to choose from. One of our favorite experiences was attending the sushi making class, which was a unique and enjoyable activity. The small size of the resort meant that we never felt crowded and could fully enjoy our time there. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly serene and memorable vacation.

The rooms and pool area were outstanding, and the beach area was breathtaking. The staff, especially the bar staff and butlers, were awesome and provided excellent service. The resort was extraordinarily beautiful, and everyone was extremely lovely.

The late-night menu and restaurant at the hotel were not the greatest. Additionally, the gym was a joke, and the fitness center at the larger resort was dated and in need of renovation.

I got great value for my money at Serenity. The rooms were amazing- spacious with a private outdoor area and a plunge pool. The location of the resort was perfect, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. The staff treated me like royalty, especially my butler Narissa who went above and beyond to make my stay special.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was the variety of options.

Stayed at Coconut Bay for four nights and it was exceptional. The staff, especially our butler Narissa, were attentive and thorough. The Greathouse restaurant had good food and excellent service, especially from Ginel and Tyler. The beach cabanas were a great addition and the rooms were spacious with a private outdoor area and plunge pool. Serenity is only a short walk from the beach and the resort provides a golf cart shuttle. Highly recommend.

Absolutely nothing.

We loved the friendly staff and their great service, from the butlers to the housekeepers. The resort had a variety of restaurants and shopping options. The events and activities were well-planned, allowing us to be as busy or relaxed as we wanted. The food and drinks were delicious, and there were so many options we didn't get to try everything. The gym was also a nice addition for those who like to stay active on vacation.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that completely fulfilled my needs. The Spa & Wellness Centre offers top-notch services and the swimming pool and Jacuzzi are both pristine. Beachfront access with personalized service, private beach umbrellas, and a spacious Spa Centre make this hotel even more extravagant. The room advantages were exclusive, offering a stunning panoramic view of the ocean from the private facility. The on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area are perfectly crafted to offer delicious meals and cocktails with attentive service.

The only minor issue I had was that there were no ATMs on-site or nearby, causing a slight inconvenience when running out of cash to tip or buy from local vendors. However, the hotel did provide the option of charging to the room.

Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the airport, saving guests time and hassle.
