The hotel had a perfect location and the staff, including Hajji Fouzi and supervisor Hajji Mohd Ibrahim, ensured that the room cleanliness was well taken care of. The staff were pleasant and always ready to assist. Additionally, there was a good variety of breakfast available. The hotel's ground floor provided easy access to the Haram, and the shopping plaza and food street on lower floors added convenience to the stay. Wheelchair assistance was also readily available for elderly or disabled individuals.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Makkah for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. The location was amazing, and I was impressed by the size of the room compared to other hotels in the area. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, thanks to the efforts of my room attendant Hajji Fouzi and the regular checks by supervisor Hajji Mohd Ibrahim. The staff at the hotel were also very pleasant and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient as it was very close to the holy mosque and just a short 5-minute walk from the squares. We also loved that the hotel's elevators were connected to the towers and other hotels, making it easy to access restaurants, services, and shopping without having to go too far. Additionally, our room had a smart TV, a wide single bed, and fast internet wifi. The hotel even upgraded our room to have a stunning view of the Kaaba, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff, especially Mr. Riyas Ahmed, Mr. Omar Al Salmi, and Mr. Moaath, were incredibly accommodating and made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Amazing location, just a few steps away from the holy site. The spacious and clean rooms were a treat, providing ample comfort during our stay. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Mr Iwan and Mr Marzouq, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience.
