The staff were excellent, courteous and helpful. F&b manager provided outstanding hospitality. Rooms were very spacious and cleaned daily. Great facilities and location near to Prophet's Masjid and neighboring Hilton hotel. Fresh omelette and variety of food for breakfast. Comfortable beds with high-quality mattresses, pillows, and comforters. Ironing facilities and complimentary bathroom accessories provided.

The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short distance from the Haram, making it convenient for both men and women. a great stay with excellent amenities.

We had a great stay at this place which is just a stone's throw away from the mosque of the Prophet. The location is very convenient for families, as women can enter the mosque from nearby gates. The service provided was impeccable, including the room service, housekeeping, and dry cleaning. There were plenty of shops and commercial services nearby, which made things very convenient for us. Also, we found the staff, especially the receptionist who checked us in, to be very polite and humble.

Our stay at Maden was fantastic! We had a great time exploring the city and the hotel's close proximity to the Prophet's Mosque made it very convenient for us. The room size was perfect and the service was excellent. The breakfast during Ramadan was amazing, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
