The hotel staff, including reception, restaurant, and plumbing staff, were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great and the room was cozy and comfortable. The cafe near reception had basic Starbucks flavors, which was very convenient. The gym and pool were also great facilities.

We also appreciated the excellent room service and 24-hour reception. The spa and wellness centre were top-notch and had great facilities including a swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay.
