Our stay at the Intercontinental was a great value for our money. The room may have been smaller than expected, but the amazing location and dedicated Saudi staff made up for it. They were incredibly helpful and sweet throughout our stay.

The breakfast spread was delightful, but it would have been even better with more vegetarian options.

I had a wonderful experience at the Dar Al Tawhid Intercontinental. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The location is excellent, directly on Haram, making it easy to access. The service was top-notch and the rooms were beautifully decorated with a high standard of amenities. I especially enjoyed the delicious Arabic coffee available through room service. I highly recommend this hotel to my colleagues.

The location of this hotel is perfect, just steps away from the holy mosque. Service is excellent, offering car hire, dry cleaning, and a bell staff that is always available to assist. The room amenities are impressive - air conditioning, mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. Dining options are plentiful, including in-room breakfast and special diet menus. The staff, especially the front office manager and concierge, are friendly and helpful.

Nowhere to sit late at night due to the coffee shop closing at 12. However, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay with top-notch services.

The location was amazing, at just a short walking distance to Haram. I also loved the variety of delicious food for breakfast. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day, ensuring my comfort during my stay. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel boasts a great location, being near the Harameen Express Railway bus stop, ZaZam cafe and in the Al-Haram area, providing easy access to the holy sites. The housekeeping was diligent and kept the rooms tidy, while the restaurant had a good variety of delicious food to choose from.

This hotel is a great value for the price paid. The location is amazing, almost in the Holy Masjid, which means no hassle of travel and easy access to the grand mosque. The staff is friendly and provides great service. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with basic amenities and a Harm view. The breakfast at the coffee house is delicious with so many options to choose from.

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental in Makkah and had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel was absolutely excellent, right inside the haram with very little walking required. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The suite I stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff, from the receptionists to the doormen and housekeeping staff, were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel even had two entrances, making it very convenient. my stay at the Intercontinental was fantastic.

We had a convenient and easy access to the Haram, with prayer rooms facing it. The morning breakfast buffet offered a great variety and high-quality food. The Saudi staff at Intercontinental were helpful and provided us with useful advice and assistance throughout our stay.

Amazing Location

The hotel's location facing AlHaram was absolutely stunning. Being so close to the holy site made my stay even more special and convenient. The room I stayed in, the Diplomatic Suite, was spacious and impeccably clean. Despite the busy surroundings, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The beds were comfortable, ensuring that I woke up refreshed and ready for the day. The staff were attentive and welcoming, making my stay pleasant and enjoyable.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise in the heart of the holy city. The exclusive amenities and impeccable service exceeded my expectations. The Spa centre and massage services were exceptional, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Dining options were superb, with in-room breakfast service and a wide range of special diet menus. The location advantages were unbeatable, with easy access to the holy mosque.

The only minor issue was the lack of a separate leisure/ TV room to relax in after a long day of worship. However, this was overshadowed by the many other facilities and services available at the hotel.

Stayed at Intercontinental Makkah, a high class hotel in a prime location just 50 meters away from Haram. The staff was friendly and the room was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the hotel had all the necessary facilities and amenities. The first floor prayer room overlooking the mosque was a special highlight. a great experience at Dar Al Tawhid.
